1 — About these terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your access to and use of the website at xftravelxf.com (the "Site") operated by XF Travel Limited ("XF Travel", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms cover the Site and our pre-booking enquiry and quotation service. Once you confirm a booking with us, the separate Booking Terms also apply.

2 — Using this site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal and business travel-planning purposes only. You agree not to:

• use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or connected systems;
• introduce malicious code, or interfere with the proper working of the Site;
• collect or harvest information from the Site by automated means without our written consent.

3 — Enquiries & quotations

The Site allows you to send us a travel enquiry. Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or any contract for travel services. It is a request for us to prepare a proposal.

Any quotation we provide is an offer to arrange the services described, valid for the period stated in the quotation, and subject to availability and to the terms and prices of the relevant airlines, hotels, cruise lines, tour operators and other suppliers ("Suppliers") at the time of confirmation. Prices can change until a booking is confirmed and paid in accordance with the Booking Terms.

4 — Bookings & suppliers

XF Travel acts as a travel agent, arranging travel products and services supplied by third-party Suppliers. When you confirm a booking, you enter into a contract with us for our arrangement services and, where applicable, with the relevant Suppliers, whose own terms and conditions will apply to the services they provide.

We select Suppliers with care, but we are not the provider of the underlying transport, accommodation or tour services and do not control their operation. Full booking, payment, amendment and cancellation terms are set out in our Booking Terms.

5 — Intellectual property

The Site, including its text, layout, graphics, logos and design, is owned by or licensed to XF Travel and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and print pages for your own travel-planning use. You may not reproduce, republish or exploit any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

6 — Accuracy of information

We take care to keep the information on the Site accurate and current, but travel details — including itineraries, availability and prices — change frequently. Content on the Site is provided for general guidance and does not form part of any contract until confirmed in a written quotation or booking confirmation.

7 — Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, XF Travel is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site, or from reliance on general information published on it. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Our responsibilities in respect of travel arrangements we book for you are governed by the Booking Terms.

8 — Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.
